A Report on the Human Rights Council Side Event. On  June  6,  2011,  in  conjunction  with  the  17th session  of  the  Human  Rights Council meeting  in  Geneva,  Human Rights  Watch  (HRW),  the  Open  Society Public Health Program’s International Palliative Care Initiative (IPCI) and Law and  Health  Initiative  (LAHI)  organized  a  panel  discussion  on  “Access  to Palliative Care: A Neglected Component of the Right to Health.” This report summarizes the session.
