 Available in two formats - a live webinar and an online course. Registration for the webinar is free of charge for all health care providers. Advanced registration is required.
Objectives: learners will be able to:
1. Use a practical approach to common and challenging problems in cancer-related thrombosis
2. Review the approach to incidental thrombosis detected in cancer patients
3. Recommend treatment strategies for recurrent cancer-associated thrombosis despite anticoagulation treatment
4. Describe management of cancer patients with both increased bleeding and thrombosis risks
5. Summarize antithrombotic prevention and therapy recommendations in the latest guidelines

Dr William Geerts - Consultant in Respiratory Medicine and Clinical Thromboembolism, Sunnybrook Health Science Centre, Toronto
Dr Agnes Lee - Director, Thrombosis Program, Vancouver Coastal Health
Dr Marc Carrier - Program Director for the Hematology Postgraduate Program. He is a clinician scientist specializing in thrombosis at Univeristy of Ottawa.
