Pallium Canada offers professional development opportunities and develops interprofessional clinical decision-support tools and e-learning resources for palliative care. Professional development includes the Learning Essential Approaches to Palliative and End-of-Life Care (LEAP) courseware, which is available in multiple care-settings, and LEAP Facilitator Training.
