This book is a collaborative effort with Hospice Niagara's staff, caregivers and palliative clients, a nutritionist, the Food Innovation & Research Studio (FIRSt) and the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts at George Brown College. Project funding was generously provided by The Helderleigh Foundation.
It features 12 user-friendly recipes with a nutritional facts table for each recipe. Caregiver tips, anecdotes and resources are also included.
