Yukon Palliative Care Program provides consulting services, public and professional education, and training and support to volunteers in communities. The Palliative Care team, which includes a volunteer coordinator, registered nurses and social worker, is available for clinical consultation on request for individuals/families living with a life-limiting illness who wish to improve or maintain their quality of life. |
