Thank-you for your suggestions and support RD. I vowed yesterday to get up and get moving so today I will walk 6K. I did that everyday that I could last year before my husband got so sick. I am also going to give his clothes to the Canadian Diabetes association so that will keep me busy. I haven't read a book that I'm in the middle of since he has passed. I am going to try to do that also. I think that by being productive my feelings of accomplishment will give me a little push in the right direction. I have signed a lease for an apartment for July 1 and will sell our house. I think that a new start will help me also. I am nowhere near ready to move yet but that will come with me putting in some effort.
