Changing face of end-of-life care: Globe

The Globe & Mail has been running a very good series on the changing face of end-of-life care in the 21st century.

I'd like to share one of the best pieces (in my opinion), which tells the stories of several patients and their families while explaining care options and interviewing many health professionals. I think it paints a good picture of quality of life for those affected by progressive, life threatening illness and palliative care today.

Here's the article: Critical care : Spending 10 weeks with patients facing death
