H i Missie

Im my Rock ,I lost My wife who I call my Rock in August and everyday every minute

she is in my heart and my thoughts .I did the same as you worked keeping my mind

off of it but that works until you stop I do have a hard time not having her here in the

flesh with the little smiles and conversations.Myself I went to a medium and I was

amazed.She told me things only me and my wife would say or remember from our

past it was not a cure but it changed my life around understanding there is life after

death and we do have a reason to live on until it is our turn to go.I pray every night

and have a good chat every night with her shes still my Rock and I Still count on her

to get me through the day because her spirt is always with me.I hope I didnt waste

your time But I still hurt and miss her but she still gets me through the days and nights
